Serve over white rice
Cook chicken in skillet with 2 T. oil until done. Take out of pot and set aside.
Sauce
Whisk water and cornstarch to make a slurry (used to thicken) until no lumps seen.
Add chicken broth, honey, and whisk. set aside.
Veggies
Add veggies to pot with garlic and ginger. Cook 4-5 minutes until softened. Add chicken and sauce. Stir and continue cooking to thicken.
Serve over white rice.
